Now that being said?I installed the demo, updated to the snapshot, and I'm impressed. Once I got in game I couldn't do much if anything, but the concept of having these voiced menus is big. I do want to see it expanded in to some other menus, but it does make the process of finding the mode you want way easier. I'd love to be able to customize gear, but since it's completely cosmetic in this game, I'm not as concerned as I woudl be say like in Injustice 2. I forget exact button presses, but keep in mind options now is access from the main menu by pressing the equivalent of the start button. I forget what each console calls it now. But this is still fantastic and save a lot of times having to map out the main menus. Narrator is present, but all the processing power is taken by the game. You would not want narrator doing anything since this could slow-down and or destabilize the game. You are expected to deliver orders in a timely fashion. You are also expected to communicate with customers on any delays or issues. By offering a pre order and not following through either timely or at all, it is in essence stealing. On several ocasions Jake has been asked about the status of games. He has given cagy answers and down right fabrications. He has also promised a number of things that have never been delivered upon. See the posts from numbers of people who never got their games or who pre ordered games in progress and essentially lost money.Post 20 hit me hard because as a developer I work extra hard to make sure that if I am accepting money that the product is finished in a timely fashion. Interesting legal note. As a soul proprietor here in the US, if a suit is brought against your DBA (doing business as) name, you can actually be sued for personal wealth as it is considered to be part of your company. This is why I will never buy for a minute the statement that people who sell products should be treated differently than larger companies. You are providing a payed service or product to customers. You have responsibilities. If you don't think you can fulfill them, then you need to get out of the game.I will say that the people who shouldn't be judged harshly are the people who make games for free or who are learning. But once the exchange of currency is involved then you have stepped up in to the big time and have to act accordingly. You should never take preorders for something that you do not have well on it's way to being finished. The preorder stage should be done around the point you are rapping things up and getting ready to do your final preparations for release. Apple makes a huge deal out of this, and I would never expect a user to disable gate keeper through terminal to get around that. It has a nice amount of bass that the old splat lacked. I don't notice an appreciable difference in any lag, but I haven't exactly tested too hard for that.It's true the achievements don't unlock anything, but it's a free title, so they're more of just something to do if one is bored or likes to collect things. There's also another Santa mode that is unlocked if one collects all seven keys, and that one is a doozy.
