I had the same problem too and just gave up. LOL I wanted to see how injustice ran on my PC. Seems like I can finally do that now. My install was also stuck on Chinese. I'm pretty sure I selected English. Good to know the commands for the target thing. I'll have to remember that if this comes up again.

Hello. Another root you may want to go is second hand business machines. I have a local store here that sells them and we are talking good quality i5 and i7 machines for $200 to $400. Depending on the games you play, these machines are more than capable. To give you an idea, I recently picked up an HP zbook with an i7 4700, 16 GB ram, 256 GB ssd and a 1 GB k610M graphics card. I think the price was like $350 or so. It was a replacement for a computer I had bought from them last year that developed an electrical issue. It runs MKX and rocket league no problem. But that's the extent of my PC gaming. Audio games are nothing to systems like this.

Hello. If I were you, I would spring for the GPD win 2. I'm bias of course because that is the one I own. I honestly feel like the GPD win 2 will give a much better user experience. I was not a huge fan of the Atom powered computers.  In my personal opinion, I would only get the gpd win 1 if money was the deciding factor, but if not the 2 is the way to go in my book. I don't see why this should not be available in the UK. I'm thinking DroidBox would be the one that sells in in the UK as well. I have not owned the GPD win 1 but I know someone here has that machine. If swamp is what you are after, then the 1 "should" run it fine. I know this win 2 runs it with no trouble at all. Audio games are normally not that hard to get running compared to a mainstream game.

I'm not sure of the exact year this has been going but if I recall I started seeing this on this forum around 2014 or so. I remember that guide back in like 2015 or so Maybe steam has changed something now? Just trying to figure this all out. Crazy idea, but would I have luck using jaws? I have not touched jaws since 2012 but would absolutely download it if it helps with this steam issue. Update: I just downloaded jaws 2019 and had no luck.

Oh OK. That is weird. LOL My IP has not changed. Funny thing is last year it worked perfectly on my Dell inspiron gaming laptop and my toshiba 2 in 1 and I had 0 issues. and now it does not at this moment.  I can't even accept the agreement now. It says my user name and password are incorrect when I know they are right. Thank goodness I only bought like $20 worth of games on that stupid thing... Never been  a huge fan of steam.

Hello. I can't get the auto log on thing to work as mentioned in the steam guide. Have tried on my desktop computer and gpd win 2. Any ideas? I followed the guide to a T and the steam app still wants me to log in. Thank you. I'm guessing the username and password do not need a  (NVDA says it as tick)' near them Steam has always really pissed me off. I really feel like they don't care much about accessibility. Just my thoughts. and I'm one to work around accessibility issues whenever they present themselves. I really hate complaining. LOL

Judgment day is fine on win 10 but it is very fast. Like the beginning cutscenes  overlap because win 10 just runs things so quick. But yes the checkup file is a must. It has helped me many times to run older software.  Also it helps to get super Liam running under win 10 as well.

Hello Dark. I don't know if this will help but I found that running the check up file in the swamp audio game folder fixed a lot of those types of issues for some reason.  It fixed a lot of older games and having them running under windows 10.
