Re: server rental options hey there, I use ServaRica. I saw a tweet that there were very cheap servers, 3TB for 10 bucks, 8 for 20. I think the prices are still there today. Re: Audio people, need your help.
Re: Audio people, need your help. Hey hey,The mixer is USB and it does have a direct headphone jack on it. Audio people, need your help.
Audio people, need your help. Hey everyone,So I'm really picky about if I have delay with audio. In particular, when listening to audio through other sound cards, ETC. So my situation, I have a mixer that I sometimes like to stream games and what not from. And I have a wired headset connected to a mic via USB that I use to avoid any looping with voice conferencing apps. I have the mixer listen to that mic, and there is a slight delay, but it is enough to mess up timing in games. My possible solution, and where I need help.If I purchase a headphone splitter, then plug it into the mic's headphone jack, plug my headset into one of the ports, then the mixer into another one, would that potentially solve my issue? Or will that not work. Thanks for all the help. Re: backing up XBox games
Re: backing up XBox games SSD's will indeed work with the Xbox just fine. As for questions concerning formatting, the console will ask you, do you want to format this for games and apps, or media. Select games and apps, and you're off to the races. Hope this helps. As for brand compatibility and reliability, honestly, that's up to you. I've had a WD My Passport 4TB drive that worked great on the console, and a Segate Backup Plus 5TB drive that also worked great. Hope this helps. Installing Vinux alongside Windows.
Installing Vinux alongside Windows. Hey all,This might be a long post, so I apologize.A couple of weeks ago, I was looking at dual booting Linux with Mac. I tried, 4 or so times to install the latest Vinux version, but every time I do, at the second half of the installer, at approximately 60 percent, the setup crashes. Then, I just gave up. But now, I am wanting to dual boot Vinux alongside my 8.1 machine. Is this doable? What sort of hurdles would I run in, tasks would I need to perform, etc?
