I did find out that school is closed for the rest of the school year, and on line schooling is being implemented. Many things like physical therapy are no longer being considered essential, and many establishments are being closed down.. I'm 32, but as the kids would say, I'm woke now.I watched a video where a guy with the virus described what he suffered through, and also have done a lot of reading. I get what I need that I can find, and come home.. Shelves are rather bare in stores, and nothing is at all the same anymore. I haven't seen anything like this since 9/11. I lost a lot of freedom and independence over the last two years do to medical issues, and I can't pretend it doesn't suck to lose more freedoms. Before anybody jumps down my throat, I do get the severity of the situation, and I do intend to honor it to the best of my abilities. I've got a life though, people who I care for, and things out of the house I need to tend to. I can't stop my people from checking in on me either. I would like to think that the world, let alone society would become better after this dies down.. My hopes aren't high, but my girl reads me random acts of kindness and they give me little glimmers of hope. I wish nothing but the best for whoever can read this, and think of you all when I break down my herbal, and prey at night.. Am I preying to nobody? I guess we'll see. Someone very close to me nearly lost an eye, but they get to keep it and are going to see out of it nearly 20/20. Also my good friend got results from her biopsy that she is 100% Cancer free.. Those two gifts helped me to reaffirm my faith a bit. We just gotta keep our minds sharp and our heads on a swivel.. Her employer has given her a short quiz for her to give me everyday to insure that I'm not infected.. I can't even answer "Yes" to having a sore throat.. Thats a bit much.. I'm not even near the virus, but I get it. I'd never endanger her or her her family. I've not had any opportunity to leave the country, and thank goodness have been nowhere near this virus. Not the only thing, but there were other more important things in my mind to stock up on.. Soups, Ramen and other foods.. This has for sure gotten way worst than I imagined.. I'm frustrated, as I do believe somebody my age shouldn't feel this bad, and it overwhelms me and my loved ones, but I get reminded almost daily that it could always be worse.. One day, some doctor will be able to tell me more than "I don't know.." My friends and family see these things happen to me, and they're bad. Thing is we live in the country, so by the time we get to the hospital, things have calmed down to the point that the doctors can't see anything.. So complicated. Re: Monthly chat March 2020 I was on a waiting list for three years, fighting to get genetic mutation therapy, just to find out that I only have one out of two hundred and something genes.. Like I said, it wasn't the doctor's fault.. I had a couple more questions, as this eye condition I was born with came with more health issues than just vision. But I can still see well enough to see him get up and run. I push myself to work out, but if I push myself too hard I have events that drop me to the ground.. No doctor can tell me why.. I go to neurologists, and get a five day EEG done, but they don't see seizures.. Yet I've had four in two years. I can't explain a lot about my own situation. I felt it though, and did all I could to help her through it. I hope the rest of the year is better.. Last month was so super busy.. I'm trying to relax where I find the time, and still keep up with the important things. I'm new to the world of audio games, and to the blind world in general.. Hopefully you folks can allow me a mulligan and look passed last year.. Things still aren't perfect but I'm handling it all better. Either that or Google really is just spying on us all. lolI underwent some medical testing of my own, and I know how it feels to have prescriptions switched up on you. They did it to me and it made me violently ill for two weeks.. Soon I get the full report of all the testing I underwent, but I'm positive that it all went well. Is it possible to go backwards to the previous version of MacOS?
Is it possible to go backwards to the previous version of MacOS? Updating turned out to be a mistake.. I tried to download MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 from the App Store but Apple won't let me install it on my MacBook.. Is there a way around this? I have some programs that I had to uninstall to free up space that I need to reinstall. Apple really just fucked us, and theres no other way of saying it.. I never thought it would be this bad honestly. Re: any people who dj out there? I use Logic Pro 10. I'm doing my own tracks independently, which is ok for now. My partner does the mixing and editing afterwords.. This new Mac OS update has a delay from when I hit the keys, to when the sounds come out of the speakers. I realized I was better at actual drumming, playing the keys, and that made me want to learn how to produce. I'm still trying to perfect my craft as a producer goes, but I still wonder how a blind DJ would do their thing. I work with a sighted partner, so I leap over obstacles when it matters most.. A few years back I tried asking blind musicians for advice, and got nowhere. I got the feeling they didn't want to see any other blind musicians succeed. I for one am happy that I lived a normal life for more than half of it, and could see before I lost it. I got to do everything normally.. I could benefit from a forum like this.. Hopefully I wouldn't encounter bitterness for having had sight in my earlier life.. Obviously come up with a catchier name than all things blindness. Re: Accessible audio recording software for Mac I'm using Logic Pro Ten right now, but I'm producing rap and hip-hop.. I know there are other producing and editing programs out there, but I don't know which of them are blind accessable.. I've used others, but with the help of my sighted production partner. Logic does well for what I need it to as far as what I'm making, and I'm able to send projects back and fourth to my partner. It took me a bit to get use to as I'm not the most tech savvy, but you get acclimated over time. I still have some vision, but I still like watching some shows and movies with my girlfriend so she can describe to me whats going on in some places where I can't see do to poor lighting or other instances where I can't see whats going on.
