Today it was 404 and I saw a 400, bad request errors once too. There is a misconfig between http to https as well. You should see it in the server error log? Try logging out and logging in and you will see it.

Login 443 Error

Login 443 Error

Yesterday and today I noticed that when you login you get a 443 error even though the site does log you in. You may want to check on that before it worsens and no one can login.

Looks like the site needs a better host and/or adjust the mail server to not send to bounced mails / queue mail.
