Re: Rail Racer 2 race board The difference between EST and GMT is 5 hours, however, when the US is in daylight savings time, refered to as EDT, the difference is 4 hours. So right now, it is 5 hours, but that will change once daylight savings time kicks in this upcoming spring. IMHO, daylight savings is all very stupid and outdated, but it is what it is. To be clear, right now when it is noon EST, it is 17:00 GMT. When EDT kicks in, noon here will be 16:00 there. Re: Rail Racer 2 race board Doing a race on cork screw this evening at 9 eastern, 02:00 GMT. We had several good races on this track last night, and Id like to get more folks in there for another run. Remember, it is a class 5 track, and so far, it looks like the best strategy is to use 2 nitros during the long hill climb at the end of each lap, and pit after lap 2 or 3 to refuel. Rail Racer 2 race board Hey gang, This thread is for folks to post requests for others to meet up on the RR online server and race. When posting your race, let folks know the date and time in eastern standard, as well as the track name and class required.I am going to post our first race for tomorrow Thursday January 9. Racing on class 5 track corkscrew at 1 PM eastern on Thursday January 9.
