Hi.If you're downloading stuff from youtube and want everything, downloading the channel doesn't seam to work, it will get most things but if you want everything, go to the playlists tab; then copy the URL, it should have playlist at the end of it, then paste it into the window, better still; make a batch file and paste it into that.Youtube-dl is great at remembering folder structures. If you don't convert the videos until you're done downloading them.If you delete a folder like I did while converting, then go to download that folder again; youtube-dl will remember exactly where the folder was placed in the main channel folder, just as long as you don't remove youtube-dl and put it somewhere else. Re: A youtube-dl tip. When you have the channel URL, add "/videos" to the end of it. That'll download all of the channel's videos. If you don't do this, you'll end up only downloading a small number of videos from that channel, as well as some from related channels. Re: A youtube-dl tip. Your method will only download videos that are part of a playlist. It may also download the user's favorite videos if they're not private, because that counts as a playlist. Re: A youtube-dl tip. Ehh I don't see the point in arguing about which method is better with something like this. Brad's method catches stuff in playlists, livrobo's catches videos. Two totally different things. Use the one you like better, but be aware of the differences.Livrobo have you tested to make sure adding/videos to the end does make it download all videos from a channel? Just want to be sure that method actually works. If it does, that would be awesome, since I've had issues downloading the entirety of a channel recently. It would show you an error explaining this though, and you can get around it by using the "--cookies" option with a text file containing your cookies.@MinionslayerSorry, I'm not sure what you're asking.
