Though it is worth noting that you should not use something like ALT+tab to find the window, instead using object navigation the entire time. Causing ALT tab to activate messes up your mouse state. I don't know what that addon does, but this can be done with vanilla NVDA: move the navigator object to what you want to drag, route the mouse to the navigator object, this is nvda+shift+m in laptop layout, not sure about desktop. I think it is nvda+numpad slash. Then, press nvda+ctrl+[, or nvda+ctrl+numpad slash, to lock the left mouse button. Finally, move the navigator object to the spot you want to drag the object to, route the mouse there, and unlock the left click using the same combination.
