Just wanted to know since I saw a lot of sighted people do it easily, but it isn't something I super need to use for the type of music I do. You can set the default shifting algorithm, and rubber band library is in there. Re: Is Time Stretching Possible with OSARA in Reaper? that time stretch thing is more for sound design than other things. it sound sterrible on music. i wonder why paying for elastique if you have free open source alternatives such as rubber band library. elastique soloist is worth it for vocals though. if you make extreme time stretches ussing elastique pro you will get meetallic results. I can get stretch markers to do what I want in my use case, which is always sound design and never music, but I can't explain how I do it. I just do it. There would be times where I would put a file into my project and it would be mostly on beat, but sometimes it would go a little offbeat for a second and then fall back in sync, and if I can I would like to figure out how I can fix that. Is Time Stretching Possible with OSARA in Reaper? I've seen people do it in tutorials and it seems easy enough, but they use the mouse to do it. I've been trying to use stretch markers to do it, but can't figure out how they work, or if that's even what would make it work so I'm wondering if anyone has had any success with time stretching a loop to fit tempo or if we just have to use the right tempo loops in tracks. Any info on this is appreciated!
