Some people find MSG 1 2 and 3 very accessible. I've tried the first game, but I find it very difficult, at leased on the playstation. Some people are playing the games using an emmulator, where they can quick save the game manually, so they can explore the game as much as they want.

if you like beat-em-up you could try a game called gekido: urban fighters. it's basicly a 2D game, in which you walk around and kill people.

Hi. There's also Broken Sword 2, which can cycle through available clicking points on the screen. It's a point and click adventure and one of my favorites. Then there's Odd World - Abe's Exodus, I believe, which can supposedly be played accessibly with its unique sound effects.

Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-zero is a platformer, though. And the graphics fall into that valley where I couldn't get far in it even when I could see well enough to play Mario.I don't think I ever beat any level in that game, even with the passwords and sighted assistance.
