Actually, I don't think Liam made the music, I think Andre Louis did. I don't know how he would've done it, but I know he has a lot of stuff. I could be wrong about Andre doing the music tohugh, but I do know he's at least composed for Liam in the past. I'd be interested to know who composed the music actually.

You could use midi files with an 8bit soundfont. For example, QWS for the midis, something like bassmidi or whatever the preferred driver is these days, with something like The NES soundfont, or whatever you prefer. Then you'd need to record it with something like Audacity or Goldwave or whathaveyou.Alternatively, BGT has a synthesizer that can be used to create music via the soundtrack object. There's a somewhat buggy edit of the soundtrack class out there with percussion, but that one's not very reliable.
