Hmmm not sure about this site, but for your own sites on wordpress.The healthcheck plugins and the php plugin, I think its php scanner or something like that do a good enough job of looking at status of things, health status via healthcheck is reasonably good internally.Externally, I swear by jetpack.Most of it is free except for services like backups etc, however its monitering is good and it interfaces with a lot of extras to.It will tell you if its hacked, or goes offline for as little as a minute or 2.Its all via email and I would recomend it to all of those that use it. Hi Nathan, I did check the website again, but it doesn't seem to have an RSS feed anywhere, however there is a subscribe button and you have to input your name and email, but as I stated, it doesn't work.
