But even then I have not yet heard of any case that involves them checking anyone's private messages.If you do email through the forum, depending on your settings, the user can see your email address, even if they never send a message. In your settings you can allow people to send you email and see your email address, send you email but hide the address, or decline both seeing email and not allow people to send you emails.
