Before I copied the User Configs to the installed directory, I noticed there was no User Configs directory in the installed directory, so I tried copying Eloquence into the Synth drivers directory, NVDA still didnt see Eloquence. So, where do I need to put Eloquence so that an installed NVDA can see and use it?Thanks! You might be able to install eloquence sapi4 into windows2000 and do it since windows2000 narrator is using sapi4.
