Wait around a minute for the xbox to start, and then, hold down the home/xbox button on your controller. It shoul do a little vibration. After a second or so, release the button, then, press the start button it's now called the menu button. The speakers or such should say starting narrator. If it can't negotiate a display resolution to render the dashboard at, it won't boot. But that's been the case with most video gaming consoles... lol. No games are truly accessible, fighting games are just the ones that are the easiest to play but for some others, there have been a few action adventure or hack n slash style games that are also accessible, along with trivia and rhythm games. But on xbox 1 right now, the three I know of for sure are Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat XL, and Rock band 4. Some people have said Gears of War is also playable... but I don't consider needing others to play with you as a game being playable. There are also old xbox360 games that are playable on the xbox1. But conventions usually stay the same... if you don't wantto jump through hoops to enjoy the games, fighting games are still the easiest and best. Other action games are possible too, but have no guarantee of being playable. some require you to use the navigation aids in the game itself, which doesn't always work because the navigators aren't magic gestures that automatically point you in the right direction. Other games don't need them, they just require you to run through the stages, which means possibly getting lost. But if you're up for the challenge, then it can be quite fun.
