Re: Terraformers License I was able to complete it back in 2006 or so with a fairly low-end laptop even for the time.Sometimes you would fall through the ground. The dev's solution to this was to provide a hotkey which would launch you high in to the air so you would fall back on land. Like any game that isn't being maintained I bet it would have at least some trouble running on an OS newer than Windows XP. Re: Terraformers License The major issue with this game is to be played properly without to much buggyness, you need a analog soundcard not your internal digital one on the chip.Not an external digital card but an old analog like a soundmax chip, a sb live sb16 etc.I used an old system back in the day at that time I had a licence not mine but I did have one.I was able to complete the game that way but it does not work with the newer cards.I have as of yet not tried with alchahol on my sb play creative gaming fx board though.I may try again. Though buggy at times it was at least different and a nice break from space invaders and sidescrolling. Re: Terraformers License Here is the installer on sendspace and here is the license on sendspace I hope the pin interactive site will be back, if not perhaps someone could look at hosting both the game and the license on a more perminant basis since it'd be sad if this one fell of the map completely. While not a long game and in some ways more of an extended concept demo, I was always impressed with terraformers, particularly the way it actually has complete graphics (albeit probably not up to the 3D mainstream standard today), and nice descriptions and sounds. Much credit to Thomas Westin for making it available to the public, just a shame he never expanded on it to release something else.
