I never said you should completely change your workflow and switch to Mac, either, if it works for you? Fine, but that doesn’t mean it couldn’t be improved. Also, you don’t like VoiceOver grouping? You can disable that. I just find the ability to simultaneously control the OCR result and the VoiceOver cursor has real potential and would speed up things a lot. I could see myself using it with RetroArch perhaps.@bgt_lover: I don’t think VO has As extensive scripting capability as NVDA or JAWS, even though you can control it with activities ans such, that, or perhaps the group of people that this would impact just isn’t big enough for people to develop for? For example, if a vm lost speech or something, sometimes you can use the NVDA ocr to click on buttons and things, plus it works kind of like VOCR.btw, are plugins for vo really a thing? if so, and they can be developed reasonably easily, why can't one write some of the missing vo features like indentation announcements? it would be interesting and damn useful for people programming on a mac, I'm sure. This is demonstrated in the demonstration I linked to.I'm not sure if you can do that in Windows, with Jaws or NVDA.
