It might have a somewhat misleading name because it is generic and I know many won't trust it but it does exactly what it says. I have been with it for a couple years and no private or personal or any weird data has been shared as far as I know, and it works very nicely with character recognition captchas. No puzzle solving or anything though. Given that most sites have the audio option nowdays I seldom use it but it comes in handy from time to time. Worst case i guess something like be my eyes or any other remote support app can do the trick.
