Re: accessible_output_2 interrupt speaking? It doesn't need to. The interrupt literally just interrupts anything being currently spoken to speak the new message. Don't abuse that too much since it's really annoying, unless you are sure you need it, for example to interrupt a notification being spoken which is no longer relevant. I don't think NVDA has a facility for determining when it's done speaking.
