Re: tower defense and fleets A few years ago, I think I had access to a Dropbox folder or file of shared Swamp campaigns. One was a tower defense style thing. It was a bit buggy, and there weren't really many explanations of the different units and their advantages. It was also a bit confusing in that I think towers spawned with allies who were eventually killed, which was a nice touch, but then you were stuck with a square and a unit that couldn't really be used, so eventually it was just you running amidst empty towers blazing away.Would be nice if that campaign received continued development. Not sure if it stalled due to lack of interest, or due to limits in the scripting system. Had a lot of fun with it though, even in its limited form. Re: tower defense and fleets You may enjoy Star Trek Final Conflict by USA games, and Trek 2000 by GMA games as a way to control groups of ships, as well as tactical battles which has both fleet and tower defense style maps including SciFi themed ones, and time of conflict which is similar.Sound RTS with Crazymod, (and in particular Sound RTS Blitzcrieg) have both vehicle groups and tower defense as elements.There was also community feud by Aprone which you can probably find on agarchive.net, and if you want you could probably use SCS and build a Swamp campaign with allies and a path for zombies to move through as well if you wanted.In general though we really do have a lack of proper tower defense games.
