Siri for NVDA?
Siri for NVDA? I keep reading about Siri voices being avaiable for NVDA, but couldn't find anything on it. Nonetheless, I'm currently using Microsoft David Desktop Windows 10 Sapi 5 voice, which is okay, actually, but I'm just curious what else is out there. ALso, if there are any other good low-budget or free voices for me to try, let me know. Thanks. Id really like to get Siri, or someone from the iPhone on my PC as a NVDA voice though. Re: Siri for NVDA? Those voices are Vocalizer for NVDA compatible voices, and if you've purchased the add-on or something, you can use those voices. They will only work with the driver from Tiflotechnia found at www.vocalizer-nvda.com, and not the Eloquence & Vocalizer Expressive add-on from Code Factory. The voices are called Aaron and Nicky for the US English voices. If you download the blind extra addon you will find several vocalizer voices that are available on IOS aswell including tom, daniel, and I think I've seen alison and ava aswell but I'm not really sure about that. Re: Siri for NVDA? Alright, I will look into it. I really like Ava's voice as well as Siri Female Enhanced. Problem i'm having right now is I can't experiment with any othervoices because my phone is not letting me change voices on Voiceover. No matter what I choose, it's stuck on Siri female default. Somebody probably got them from a jailbroken iOS device at the time when these voices were introduced in iOS 7.0, and they happen to be Vocalizer voices.
