Tactical Battle Is Broken Please Help!

Hello Everyone.I downloaded tactical battle yesterday and when I tried to run it it says there's an error and to contact the developer. I tried installing that visual c++ program but it said that it couldn't be installed because there is a newer version on my computer. I'm running windows 7 64-bit I think. Please help I want to play all my favorite maps.

Have you tried the dev version located here:http://blindaudiogames.com/downloads/Ta … %20Dev.zipIf so and it's still not working go into the \lib\Noesis folder and copy the 2 files that start with msvc into the same folder as TacticalBattle.exe.Let me know how it goes.
