I've had a problem sometimes where I would download the update for Beatstar, extract and replace the updated files, and it would still tell me I needed to update. is this the problem you're experiencing? If so, just grab the latest version from the website. If this is the case, then try downloading the game manually.As for your second question, yes it's very much possible to upload beatstar soundpacks but remember, Oriol has to approve it manually, unless he changed that now.
