That would take months. They should make a program that allows you to add subtitles to audio and use different speech synthesisers for different characters automatically. As you know, I am one of the members of the Shadow Rine Translation Project, but that project involves translating the text portions of the game. If I wanted to translate the voice acting, I'd have to get permission from the developer and pay the voice actors, which would both probably cost a lot of money. Take that and apply it to a full-fledged radio drama, and you're looking at a lot more of a cost. On the flip-side of it, having someone pause and explain what's going on would be a bit confusing and aggravating, especially if you're trying to get into it emotionally. I'd say the best way to make it work would be to maybe right a text transcript of what's being said/done, that way people could follow along using the script. It's really not that great of a solution, but it seems like the best approach in my opinion. If you guys have any better ideas that I'm not thinking about, definitely feel free to correct me, because if I'm being honest my idea sounds frustrating and time-consuming even to me when I read back on it.
