Also, if i am downloading a game and i turn off my ps4, can i resume the download after turning my ps4 back on? Re: a strange thing with my PS4 It could be either. It shouldn't be your disc space, unless you somehow have used up all 500 gb? If that's the case, try removing some games. Otherwise, it's most likely an internet problem. Last resort, put the ps4 in rest mode, turn it back on. Then, find the icon of the game in question, press the options button and select information. It should tell you if the game is downloading or not. Re: a strange thing with my PS4 but sometimes, when I check the download qewe it appears a download error status. and when I click retry and wait for some more hours, the download error status appears again.is it something wrong with my internet connection or the disk space on my PS4? Re: a strange thing with my PS4 I have the same problem sometimes. If you go to the download queue on the psn website, it should tell you if its downloading or not. I would just leave the game for a few hours, probably like 12 hours or something, and then see if you can play it or not. a strange thing with my PS4
a strange thing with my PS4 hi all, when I want to download something, the notification doesn't make any sound. after I purchase a content, click the download to your PS4 link, but the console doesn't make any sound indicating that the game is downloading even though the downloaded content is available in the home screen.I try it with another user but it's fine, but not for my own user. does anyone know how to fix this issue?
