Re: app for searching nearby locations other than in your current location how do you do it in google maps? I tried looking a way in there, but couldn't find one. Closest I got was clicking on directions, edit starting point, then choosing the map button for the destination point. But of course the map is inaccessible, and when it selected a random result from the map, it seemed like it was still a location in my city.I don't have blind square or nearby explorer, though I guess iI could download the light versions and see if it works. app for searching nearby locations other than in your current location There are hundreds of apps to see what is nearby your current location, but I need one that let's you do this with a specific location that isn't yours. This is useful for mapping out other cities whether you are traveling, moving, or helping another person find a place in their area.
