Compression, opening the airway, and breathing in the person. You only have 2 actions. What are those two actions? It would be easier, and still raise awareness if you include a Doctor School in the game. You could include some statistics, and the player could have a better understanding of the game. You should add a menu with the option to learn sounds, and view your high score. Its an epic game. This is what we need. People getting off their fat asses and actually release something that was coded by themselves, is original, and isn't that buggy. Great job, Omer. Re: cardiology similator has been released, probably the first of its kind Hmm, maybe you could replace the indicator on the right with just a separate sound for the one on the left when it goes below a certain level, so people don't have to pay attention to as much.Or you could add like a little buzz or something to the normal beep?Have you thought about adding blood oxygenation levels and drugs used to restart the heart? Or do you think that is too much. Injecting a drug and hearing the flatline slowly turn back into slow beeps or not working would be kinda awesome. Also, after some point, the game just becomes a wash of sounds and it's hard to know what is going on. It also needs to be speaking with the screen reader as Sapi just isn't fast enough or loud enough to be heard through all that. I like where this is going though, but I think it could use some refinements. Also it needs a game over screen, I think I accidentally closed out of it when the patient died because I heard the default windows beep then the game was gone, so there needs to be a screen where you can get your stats.The sounds also need work. The volumes on everything are just so loud that everything blurs together. Then it sounds like some kind of fire started up in the right ear? It might also help to have a learn sounds option to hear what each alarm sounds like.
