IF you're comfortable following build instructions, you can build it like you normally would, not from an unpacked apk. But can't you just put the dictionary file on the root of your internal sd card? Re: how i can create apk file? Ok, slow down. What exactly are you trying to do with one? If you're trying to change the assets, such is with Talkback's sounds, ten fine, it's open source anyway. If you're trying to literally decompile to view source code of a closed source app, then kindly take a step back as that would definitely go against eula's. Typically, you are not manipulating apk files specifically unless you're a developer, and I don't assume you have Eclipse or Android Studio, nor the ADB tools yet.
