how to navigate using nvda on steam

hi. how to navigate nvda using team? I reinstall the steam software and it ask me to enter the guard code. I don't know how to click because it read all the text once at the time. it not ceperate like other window when we use object avigation. help me. any help will be apritiate it. if there's a youtube video about this that will be nice. thanks in advance
