how to use cheat engine as a blind person? Hi guys. So I have cheat engine, and I want to know how to use it if you are blind. Re: how to use cheat engine as a blind person? Okay so what you do is you boot up your computer. Then you log in. After that, go to your start menu and type cheat engine. Okay I'm done. You have to go to the alt menu open the process, then click add address, type the value of it currently in the box, then in the game lose some health, then type in the new value, look in the list, if there is only one value, hit shift f10 on it and click change value of selected addresses.
