[aur-general] Please delete lib32-printproto
Unless you all see a better reason, I think it should be deleted. It would be pulling the same files as the x86_64 version (as they're both from "any"), so any package in reference to this one should use printproto instead, even if the package is a 32-bit binary blob on a 64-bit system. -Max

[aur-general] Delete AUR Package Request
Please delete the following packages. Reason: I changed their pkgnames to more appropriate. I wasn't aware of fonts convention at the time. For the supercollider plugin I omitted "ugen", since all 'plugins' in supercollider parlance are 'UGens'. supercollider-dfm1ugen http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=45930 concreta-font-ttf http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44856 controla-font-ttf http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44854 electronica-font-ttf http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44857 -- The New Ones (do not delete!): supercollider-dfm1 http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=45931 ttf-acoustica http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44905 ttf-concreta http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44906 ttf-controla http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44907 ttf-electronica http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44908

It seems like your intentions are good, but you somewhat lacking in experience. That said, I would welcome you to apply again once you started getting more involved with the community. One suggestion is to become really good with packages and maintain a lot more of them, but other skills would also be nice, fix bugs etc. Cheers!

[aur-general] orphan request: cdu
Hi, can you please orphan the package cdu ( http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=34752). As you can see (forwarded message), the current maintainer does no longer want to maintain this packages, I'd like to adopt it. masutu -- Forwarded message -- From: Igor Hlina Date: Sun, Jan 30, 2011 at 6:27 PM Subject: Re: update request: arch aur cdu package To: masutu Hi masutu, I'll be very appreciated if you adopt package. Sorry Sébastien, on this occasion I'm afraid you were unsuccessful. According to the bylaws, you're welcome to apply again after a minimum period of three months. I wonder if it might be useful at this stage for some of the TUs to give Sébastien some advice on improving his application in case he decides to reapply in the future. Cheers, Peter.
