All removed except pcmanfm-experimental, which have a lot of votes, not
marked as out-of-date, and maintainer is still active on AUR. I guess it
would be better if you could contact him and ask if there is a special
reason why he still keeps the specific old version.

Well, I just tried to contact him (twice), but got this :

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

  finswim...@flossenschwimmen-berlin.de

 Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the
recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for
further information about the cause of this error. The error that the
other server returned was: 550 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name.
 (#5.7.17)
  (state 13).

Also, I left a comment about the build failure about 0.5 years ago, yet
no action so far. Is that user really still active *as maintainer* ?

 Regards
 Jekyll

Okay, seems no problem to me then, and removed.

Thanks a lot!

[aur-general] Deletion request: rabbitmq-systemd-unit

2012-11-23 Thread Gianni Vialetto
Hi,

could someone remove my rabbitmq-systemd-unit package [1]?
With the new release of rabbitmq i merged it in the AUR rabbitmq
package [2], so now it's redundant.

[2] https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/rabbitmq/

Thanks,

[aur-general] AUR blacklist

2012-11-23 Thread Doug Newgard
I've emailed with Ronald van Haren a bit about taking over the svn versions of
the e17 packages. He said I should be fine just uploading them to the AUR after
he deleted them from Community. He emailed me on Wed 11/21/12 at 4:00 AM CST
that he had deleted them from Community and I should be able to upload them,
but two and a half days later, it's still giving me an error that ecore-svn is
on the package blacklist, please check if it's available in the official
repos. Is there a separate blacklist that's causing me problems?

Hi. Could you please orphan these two packages:

I think the problem is that we didn't setup the blacklist cron job on
alderaan yet -- I will try to fix that tomorrow. Thanks for reporting.

[aur-general] Package Removal Requests

2012-11-23 Thread Josh Klar
To whom it may concern,

Please remove my packages, urbanterror42 and urbanterror42-data. They
were created during the time when the [community] version was
temporarily rolled back to 4.1.x. The maintainer of the [community]
packages has now brought it back to 4.2.x and seems to be reasonably on
the ball for updates, so these AUR packages are no longer needed.

URLs (albeit thanks to the new AUR code it's probably not needed):
