[aur-general] Resignation as TU

2017-09-06 Thread Timothy M. Redaelli
Hi,
in the last few month my "offline" life + job on Red Hat took me too much time
and I don't have enough time / motivation to continue as TU.

So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish.

Hi,

My name is Nicola Squartini, long time Arch Linux user and
enthusiast. I would like to become a Trusted User and György
Balló offered to sponsor my application.

I confirm my sponsorship. The Atom editor and the Electron
application
framework are very popular nowadays, definitely we want to see them
in
our repositories. It's not easy to build them entirely from
sources,
but Nicola did a great job.

Lets start the discussion period of 5 days now.

The discussion period is over, and the voting period starts.
TUs, please vote: https://aur.archlinux.org/tu/?id=86

The voting period is over. The results:

Yes: 27
No: 4
Abstain: 2

Congratulation! Nicola, you become a Trusted User now. :)

Italians do it better! ;)

[aur-general] Move vidalia to AUR

2015-02-26 Thread Timothy M. Redaelli
Hi,
since Vidalia is no more maintained nor supported upstream
(https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-talk/2015-February/036833.html)
and FS#43802 I'll move it to AUR tommorow.

Any objections?

 Hello,

I'm not using opensc anymore, is there a Dev/Tu interested by taking
 care of it?

I will move it to AUR if nobody is interested.

 Hi,
I'd like to maintain it, but it's already moved to AUR and it doesn't
 have 10 votes.
Should I wait for 10 votes to re-move it into community?

 Thanks

 Let's go. Move it back.

Done, thanks
