I've got users on Vodafone in Sydney experiencing DNS issues.

Getting them to set their DNS to use Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 as a workaround
has worked.

We have had issues with a specific Afilias DNS server not responding, 
preventing us from reaching t.au. We stopped learning the route to them via 
that path and the issue is resolved. We’re following up with Afilias about that.

It may not be related to the issues others are seeing. For those having issues, 
could you see if you can ping t.au?
