Yeah, typically, the incident "came good" about 15 minutes after I finally managed to log a fault. Still waiting for a cause. I'm not holding my breath. Yup. Two sites with IPWAN provided by Telstra over NBN down at the moment. And their "faults line" is seriously broken - work through the stupid phone tree, tell he machine who you're calling from - twice - and it hangs up on you.
