Nothing new to add, just a “me too”. My wife’s Suncorp EFTPOS (+Medicare, etc)

I’m honestly a little surprised Telstra are *still* shouldering so much risk
with these single points of failure. I’m sure the “point of failure” has a
certain degree of internal redundancy, but a single system going down and we’re
all off the air; not good.

Affecting multiple customers, but not all their devices.
Looks like 3G only.
Nationwide.

Still working with Telstra.

Anyone experiencing issues with Telstra SIMs this morning?
Started around 7AM Sydney time.

Affecting our Telstra private APN's and stock Internet APN's.
Intermittent. Not all devices. Some able to connect for a few minutes and
then disconnect.

Telstra saying it is related to the Cloud issue

This explains what I saw this morning, in my vehicle with a Telstra SIM
card ( That I can only imagine in on a private APN in Brisbane ).

My Telstra mobile is perfectly fine for calls & data, so this is quite an
interesting failure mode.
Also, the Telstra cloud issue was a few days ago, this issue only started
this morning ( im fairly sure ).

Just switched from telstra.wap to telstra.internet on a TW mobile service and
was able to access the internet without issue (postcode 2022).
