[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Purchase Order Archive

It appears that there are two choices in standard Axapta to handle 
completed(invoiced/paid)purchase orders.

1.  Leave them in the data base.
2.  Delete them from the data base using 
  AP | Periodic | Clean up | Purchase update history clean up

Does anyone have a procedure, or script to SAVE the old P.O.s that 
are being deleted to an archive that could be accessed if needed?

We're in the same boat, Holly.  I would appreciate hearing from 
others as well.  Is anyone using the books available from Red Maple?
