Hi !! Can't understand why u hiden your name as (ax_consult...@yahoo.com). Any way. Grate mistake happend. Steps will be as follows 1. Take a SQL Backup 2. Create a New Project and collect there all the relavent devlopment (modification) like table, forms, reports ,baseenam,edt etc every thing as per development. 3. If required fresh installation then install AX 2009, then SP1 4. Stop AOS and run compilation 5. Set the configuration and update Index 6. import the Project 7 Compile the AOT again 8. if required collect the data to your specific table (newly) created. 9. Test the new functionality you created 10. For the executable portion for (A) rules and regulation (B) footer for Agreement signature, write in the fatch method of that report, By using send method you can use to print as per your requirement. 3. When we add/modify objects in Axapta, we use import and exprot processes to upload those modifications at the customer/user side. Create a defination group for importing the data, type should be Custom and take the 'Name of table as u create just now. 3. Import the data into that temporary table. 4. Create a command button into the journal form and write codes on its and click button 5. See the data comes to your journal. Note in this case it does not require the CSV format just .xls file. Hi ! Leo Please see the information Posting layer in transactions Posting layer for fixed asset transactions utilizes the functionality of General ledger to post into three different layers. Three posting layers can be used: Current, Operations, and Tax. Current is the default layer and is used like Operations for entry of transactions, which are a part of the periodic financial reporting. The layer Tax is meant to be used for transactions, which are not a part of the external or internal reporting, but for recording of special tax transactions, for example, as tax depreciation for fixed assets. For the same fixed asset, tax depreciation often differs from the depreciation, which is calculated for accounting purposes. For tax purposes, companies usually wish to calculate and post the highest possible depreciation in order to reduce their tax payments as much as possible. For accounting purposes, there will be a different basis for depreciation calculation because the company has to follow accounting laws and accounting standards, which in many countries, are based on principles different from the tax rules. The depreciation and the fixed asset value for accounting purposes and for tax purposes will very often be different even for the same fixed asset and the same period. Therefore, both have to be calculated, but only accounting amounts have to be included into accounting reporting and only tax amounts into tax reporting. One of the options to achieve this is to set up the posting layer for value models, used for accounting purposes as Current or Operations, and the posting layer for value models used for tax purposes as Tax. A different solution could be to set up special ledger accounts for tax transactions and place those accounts at the end of the chart of accounts with account numbers, which clearly differ from account numbers used for usual accounting transactions. As for posting of transactions with the posting layer Current, Operations, and Tax, it is important to emphasize that normally only one posting layer can be posted in one journal. The reason is that each journal name is defined with a posting layer. It is not possible to alter the posting layer for journal lines. Thus, for each posting layer, at least one journal name has to be created. This is done in General ledger, Setup, Journals, Journal names, tab page General, field Posting layer. When a journal is used for transaction entry, the posting layer can be viewed on tab page General, but not altered. Therefore, each journal will only contain transactions for the same posting layer. The only exceptions are transactions posted with setup of derived value models. In this case the derived value model can be of a different posting layer than the primary value model. This is not due to the journal, but to the special functionality of derived value models. Dear Koh, I don't think, Axapta does not support u from document management for your specific purpose, as u have not any option to select the sales order for sales line(s). Here the purpose is different in document management. I don't know what is your actual purpose. I am confident, that from document management, u can't fullfil your requirement, what i understood is. I think its better to use export/import. That's your choise. Hi vk use the function num2str(); as Num2Str (real number,int characters,int decimals,int separator1,int separator2) Num2Str(12345.6,10,2,2,1) returns 12.345,60.
