I don't know if it still exist in 4.0 but in 3.0 you can use Table (check Form/tutorial_Form_Table). That should work if you keep it simple but if you want to push it, it becomes buggy. So for advanced table management I would suggest you go with a 3rd party ActiveX but I don't know which one. You could always use the Excel like component of Office Web Component.
