Dear Abdullah, you can do by this way as i told you by creating two groups, maintaining record level security and WH1 usergroup you can give edit permissions. i think there is no other way. by record level you will be able to have view permissions and other WH1 Group with view Edit permissions. i hope like this way you can solve your problem. regards.
