RE: [Axapta-Knowledge-Village] XPO import some properties missed out
Title: Message Hi all, We also struggle with this inconsistencies in the XPO import. I specifically found that hidden ranges on reports do not import correctly. Sometimes a second import fixes it, but I have a few reports where I had to add the hidden range in the live env. Just the other day another partner sent me a .xpo. I imported into a clean copy of Axapta SP4 - this had no other customisation. Some columns on the table were excluded and therefore there were compile errors (of course). I could see the missing columns using Windows notepad but they did not import until I repeated the .xpo import. This was running axapta sp4 locally on my laptop - 2 tier. Steve. This issue has been reported to mbs BE for the first time somewhere in the beginning of 2004 by a Belgium b-partner. The answer then was to: - import the project several times - or work (distrubute) the aod files :-) (like problems with id's do not exist) - and it will be fixed in the next version of axapta (4.0) /b Maurice Cohen wrote: It does not appear to be an OS issue.
