Now everything is OK. There were problems with servers priviledges in the
domain. We move servers to AD container without restrictions.

Server in both cases - successful login when in admin group

unsuccessful startup. Perhaps that will be a clue what AX

accessed for success - then create a group that provides
access to
those specific tables and give the user membership in that
group.
