User reports seeing EnumString is not known to this jaxb context. Enum string
does not have @XmlType/@XmlElement annotations,
only @XmlEnum. So when the JAXBContext is created using context path it is
not picked up.
This is resolved by checking for enums in JAXBBlockImpl
marshall/unmarshallByType methods.
