Re: Versioning of Archived Service Deployment Feature
Thanks for your response. Is there anything further on the module version support? Also if there is no service version support then what is meant by the quote below? Is it referring to the fact each service is deployed in an independent classloader and hence you can run multiple versions at the same time? - Original Message From: Deepal Jayasinghe [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: axis-user@ws.apache.org Sent: Tuesday, March 11, 2008 12:50:46 AM Subject: Re: Versioning of Archived Service Deployment Feature Hi, I read this on the index page of the Axis2-1.3 documentation: Archived service deployment model supporting full serviceencapsulation with versioning support. Well we do have module version support not for service version support. -Deepal - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Versioning of Archived Service Deployment Feature
Hi, I read this on the index page of the Axis2-1.3 documentation: Archived service deployment model supporting full serviceencapsulation with versioning support. Where can I find any further explanation of it means? I've searched through documentation and samples. Versioning Support
1) What is the current best practices recommendation for deploying different versions of a Web Service in Axis2? The Axis2 features contains these bullets: - Archived service deployment model supporting full serviceencapsulation with versioning support - Archived module deployment model supporting controlled extensibility with versioning support I also came across this: http://wso2.org/library/2611. 2) Where can I find more information on the above mentioned Axis2 features? - To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
