Nice!   I think that the father Joseph Silva worked as a seaman, maybe a
captain.  Ask the relatives if he is the Joseph S Silveira or Joseph Silver
seen in Sonoma records?

My Manuel C Sousa B. 1860 St Ana, Furnas. He went to Hawaii in Oct. 1883 and
left 1889.  Anyone from Hawaii who has stumbled across this would be heaven!
I have them in Alameda County CA 1900 until death.  Need marriage cert and
birth records of their Children during that time frame.
