[AZORES-Genealogy] Name of child

For the godparents the priest wrote the godparents were Gaspar Martins son of Ignacio Carvalho and barbara de Sousa, wife of Heronimo (?goncalves?) not 100% sure of that abbreviation. Can someone take a look and see if they can figure out the name ? And verify the godparents, Thank you. LEFT SIDE - the LAST ONE I thought it was Maria at first but there's another Maria on the right page and also one above this one and the M is different. Also, the 'r's look different. The first letter could also be an "N"? Or a "V". Any help would be great! I would stick with Tereza. Study the L's, there is complete bottom loop. This first letter stops at the bottom. The dotted 'i' is perhaps accidental. May be even Terezia. Thanks, I went with Tereza after studying the letter T and "L" in other records he wrote. It's definitely a Tereza. Whew, it was a challenge. JR: this TEREZA is a child of Heronimo Martins x Maria Cravalha our common ancestor.So far I found records for three children for them MARIA, baptized 15 October 1667, page 0162 (Ginetes, Baptisms 1588-1677) (wife of Antonio Ferreira) MATHIAS baptized 27 September 1671; page 0162 TEREZA, baptized 13 January 1676 I've searched into the year 1684 and haven't found any more children. I noticed the three kids they had were spaced out; being 5 years between the last two. I'm going to look for obits to see if one or both of parents died. Hi Maria, I believe that if you look just above the beginning of the last record on the left page you will see the name Maria. This priest wrote the child's name above the record instead of in the record. Hope this helps. Hi Roslyn and all who have helped me with this. Thanks so much. It took me some time before I noticed the names were above the baptismal information. The name on that baptism looked like Maria at first glance but then I started comparing letters to other records and started doubting my initial reading. I've since seen the priest write the same name (Maria) more clearly and close enough to this one to be certain it is Maria. Thanks so much. Although it looks like Carolina, I would say its is Christina. The second letter is the characteristic h that often looks likes an l. We share this Andrade Puim line. The priest did write the name with an "i" first, then with an "e", and with an "i" in your direct ancestor.
