Hi All, I successfully received my copy of the book yesterday. I ordered it on January 15th, and the post office attempted to deliver it on the 8th (signature required, but I wasn't home). It was well wrapped and arrived in excellent condition. It's a little smaller than I imagined it would be, measuring about 5.5"x8", but at 1/4", it's thicker too. I'm very pleased with the purchase, and I hope that everyone who took the chance to order it is as satisfied as I am. I'd also like to remind everyone that the Portuguese paleography booklet available from FamilySearch.org is an excellent companion to the Borges Nunes book and provides some of the introductory information that BN doesn't. The Borges book is much more comprehensive in its scope, though, so I think they work very well together. The FamilySearch booklet is available to download here: https://dcms.lds.org/delivery/DeliveryManagerServlet?dps_pid=IE3444979 fingers crossed that all the book deliveries go well, :) Linda On Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 11:15:54 AM UTC-8, linda wrote: > > > In the last week there have been a few posts referring to *Abreviaturas > Paleografia* by Borges Nunes.
