Cheri, tried I.E. and Firefox on Win 7. Same results--its iffy. If you click on a page and get the error, try another until you get one. Then, go back to the page you wanted. Also, if you just wait awhile and try again it works. I do not believe it is us. My experience is the same as Paul G. I'm on IPad and using Tombo. It's always worked fine before. It's got to be something on the end of the CCA. Hi Cheri, I've tried using both Internet Explorer (PC running Win 8 or above) and Google Chrome (on the same PC) and get the 500 Internet Server error on both. At times I can view 4-5 pages before I get the error. I also get the message on my IPad. I get this error whether I am viewing the records via Tombo.pt or CCA.
