Portugal, came to US 1889, Alien, house carpenter Wife Mary 43, 10 children born, 5 children living Ch: Mary 22, b. Hawaii (some of this family was in Hawaii before coming to US as children were born there 1887, 1888 and came to mainland before Dec. 1889) John 20 b. CA Annie 16 b. Azores Goup, searching Camacho: First, you will need to find which island and then the village/freguesia. Most of this needs to be done by looking at tons of U.S. records. If you can't find him, you look for her records. I had to obtain 25 different records before I found my freguesia.
