Pereira to a distand cousin and decided to follow it up.I am quite confidente
that it is thae same person and upon doing some research I came across the
information below. Sorry that the formatting did carry.By the way Manuel was
born on 18 Feb 1810 and was baptised on 24 Feb 1810 (he had been baptised at
home) he priest confirmed and admisntered the Holy Oils.Hope that it

Subject: [AZORES-Genealogy] help finding marriage record - ribeira grande
I have a couple that I have been having a hard time finding a marriage record
for and was wondering if anyone has come across this couple in their research.
Vicente Jose Pereira (b 1789 in Conceição, Ribeira Grande) and Anna Jacinta
(b.? Rabo de Peixe, Ribeira Grande)
The first child I have found for them is Manoel born 1810 in Matriz, Ribeira
Grande. I also found 7 other children for them all born in Matriz - the last
one, Maria, in 1834. None of their children's baptisms seem to list where the
parent's were married that I can see.
I looked through marriages around 1807-1810 in Matriz, Conceição, and Rabo de
Peixe but cannot find them.
Any other suggestions?
